I live weddings. I love the rush of the wedding day, the challenges I face when it comes to light different places and spaces, the fast moving pace. And most of all, I love the interactions between the bride and groom, the love, the smiles, the emotions- and capturing all of it, so that they can look back at their special day many years from now. This couple was amazing to work with. They were fun, easygoing, very open to all of my suggestions and even the gloomy and cold day didn't not bother them one bit.
Our Sandhills, NC region had gotten so much rain prior to the wedding that all the places that we had planned on for their first look were drenched and had standing water. So we had to improvise and took all their formals and the first look images downtown Southern Pines. And they couldn't have turned out any better!
