When she reached out to me at Makana Photography to celebrate her remarkable ten-year milestone in business with a branding session at my studio, I was beyond thrilled to say yes!
Jennifer has an exceptional eye for detail and an effortless approach to posing her clients, so I knew I had to deliver a high-quality headshot and branding session that matched her expertise.
For her branding photography session, Jennifer brought a variety of outfits to reflect her brand and personal style. She also invited her family along for some fun, candid portraits. To complement her brand aesthetic, I set up a two-light setup, creating soft, flattering light that would seamlessly integrate with her marketing materials.
We chose an off-white background for a clean, professional look, allowing Jennifer’s personality and branding elements to shine. She incorporated multiple outfit changes, playful props like balloons in her brand colors, a celebratory cake with a custom cake topper, and a champagne confetti cannon—making the session both stylish and fun!
Of course, the confetti took weeks to fully clean out of my studio (who knew those tiny pieces could hide in every nook and cranny?!), but it was completely worth it! The final images captured a perfect mix of professional headshots, creative branding portraits, candid moments, and beautiful family portraits with her husband and daughters.
